Choice Seedlings are a premium seedling business supplying nursery businesses Australia wide. After continuous growth the company realised they needed another person to manage the business's technical development. How to recruit or find this person was not clear to the company but they had identified the specific skill set the business required.

Once the specific skills where identified, remuneration advice was given, a realistic time frame set and The Agri Business assured Choice Seedlings, that as the trusted experts, they would find the right person for their business.
We then advertised nationally and accessed our networks to narrow down to a short list of three candidates. In collaboration with Choice Seedlings we undertook interviews on site. From this we supported Choice Seedlings in helping them define the correct candidate and undertook remuneration negotiations on their behalf.
